Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) — 이용 허용 정책

1. Prohibited Content and Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on MoCoMo. This list is not exhaustive.

Illegal Goods and Regulated Items

• Sale, purchase, advertising, or facilitation of controlled substances, narcotics, or illegal drugs
• Illegal trade in firearms, ammunition, explosives, bladed weapons, or weapon parts
• Drug paraphernalia or manufacturing/consumption tools

Illegal Services and Human Trafficking

• Prostitution, escort services, or sexual services for payment
• Human trafficking, labor exploitation, or exploitation involving minors
• Illegal trade involving organs or body parts

Adult Content and Services

• Posting, selling, monetizing, or promoting adult/explicit sexual content, nudity, or pornography
• Offering or facilitating escort services, sexual services, or adult entertainment for payment
• Using creator subscriptions, tips, marketplace listings, or paid messaging to monetize explicit sexual content
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content sexualizing minors — zero tolerance, immediate permanent ban and law enforcement referral

Intellectual Property Infringement

• Uploading, sharing, or selling content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other IP rights
• Pirated media, unauthorized scans, recasts, counterfeit goods, or stolen artwork
• Repeat copyright infringers will be permanently banned per our DMCA policy

Violent Extremism / Hate Speech

• Promoting or supporting terrorist organizations or violent extremist ideologies
• Content that incites violence, murder, or terrorism
• Hate speech targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar protected characteristics

Other Prohibited Conduct

• Counterfeit goods, stolen property, or fencing of stolen items
• Illegal collection or distribution of personal data, hacking tools, or malware
• Fraud, pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, and other financial crimes
• Gambling services where illegal under applicable law
• Spam, fraud, phishing, malware, and platform abuse
• Harassment, stalking, doxing, and impersonation
• Illegal goods, payment bypass, and off-platform scam solicitation
• Any activity that violates applicable law or payment processor (Stripe) requirements

Attempts to circumvent these rules using euphemisms, emojis, code words, or indirect language are equally prohibited.

2. Child Safety and Mandatory Reporting

MoCoMo applies a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content that exploits children.

When we become aware of such content, MoCoMo LLC is required under 18 U.S.C. §2258A to report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and may notify law enforcement as required by law.

Users who post violating content will be permanently banned immediately and may be referred to law enforcement.

3. Platform Liability — Section 230

MoCoMo LLC operates as an interactive computer service provider under Section 230 of the U.S. Communications Decency Act. We are not the publisher or speaker of user-generated content and are generally not liable for content posted or transmitted by users. We reserve the right to remove, block, or restrict content that violates this policy or that we deem inappropriate, with or without prior notice.

4. Reporting Violations and Law Enforcement Cooperation

Users can report inappropriate content via the Report button on posts, profiles, comments, marketplace listings, and live streams. Reports are reviewed by MoCoMo moderators. False or malicious reports may result in account sanctions.

MoCoMo LLC may disclose user information in response to lawful requests from law enforcement and is obligated to report illegal activity to relevant authorities when required by applicable law.

5. Enforcement & Repeat Violators Policy

MoCoMo enforces this AUP through automated risk scoring, user reports, AI-assisted review, and human moderator review.

• Warning 1–2: Content removal, written warning, increased risk score
• Warning 3 (third strike): Permanent account suspension, creator/seller revenue block, Stripe Connect payout suspension
• Severe violations (CSAM, terrorism, fraud): Immediate permanent ban without warning, revenue block, and legal referral

MoCoMo LLC reserves the right to remove content and suspend accounts at its sole discretion to protect users and comply with law and payment network rules.

7. Governing Law

본 약관 및 서비스와 관련된 사항에는 미합중국 와이오밍 주(State of Wyoming, United States of America)의 법률이 적용됩니다(법률 충돌 원칙은 제외). 본 약관 또는 서비스와 관련하여 분쟁이 발생하여 소송이 제기되는 경우, 와이오밍 주 관할 법원을 전속 관할로 합니다. 다만 이용자의 거주국 강행법규가 적용되는 범위에서는 해당 법령이 우선할 수 있습니다.
